3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

We are not liable for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to an unavailable recipient

  • Reshipping costs for returned/undelivered packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may request reshipment at an additional cost.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos of the damage and packaging
    We will assist with a replacement or resolution based on our Return/Refund Policy.

If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier.
A replacement or refund will be processed only after carrier confirmation.

 

7. International Taxes, Duties & Customs 

For international shipments:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee
    We have no control over customs delays or additional charges.

 

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been shipped.
